My schedule is busy and I work by appointment only. A $40 non-refundable retainer fee is required. You can send it either Apple Pay or Zelle. If you cancel within 48 hours and reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, the retainer fee will be kept. However if you cancel, no-show, or are too late, causing the appointment to be canceled, you will lose the retainer fee and be required to pay an additional retainer fee upon re-booking. Your appointment will not be confirmed until I receive the retainer fee. Your retainer fee will be applied to your appointment total. Cancelling one of your services at your appointment is considered a cancellation and you will charged 50% of the service, regardless of the reason. Please be considerate of my time that I have spent setting up for your service or I could have booked someone else in that slot. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, I will cancel your appointment. No extra guests in the service room, unless accompanying a minor. No food or drinks allowed in the service room. No children, extra guests, pets allowed at the studio. Parents of minor children and service animals are allowed. Please conduct yourself in a professional manner. If at any time I feel uncomfortable I will cancel the appointment and you will pay full price for the service. Please communicate with me.
